It's Time for a Real Change at DBR!
Hello neighbors, this is Sri Sama. Many of us share the same vision: to see DBR restored to its former glory. For too long, we have found no relief from the constant, ongoing issues caused by inefficient management. It's clear that a new approach is essential. Our community's path forward must shift away from a constant over-reliance on special assessments and lawyers. Instead, we must focus on smart, strategic decisions and expanding our revenue streams to ensure long-term stability.
My background and experience are exactly what DBR needs to make this change happen. I bring a combination of direct condo board leadership, financial acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills to the table.
I am currently serving as the Secretary for a condominium association in Daytona Beach Shores and have previously served as Vice President at a similar condo-hotel establishment. I already have hands-on experience with board administration and Florida condominium law.
With two decades of experience as a real estate investor in Florida, I have a deep understanding of property value and market dynamics. My expertise lies in identifying areas for enhancement, streamlining expenses, and pinpointing avenues for immediate value addition.
My 30-year career as a Software Architect has been built on solving complex problems. I apply this same analytical and strategic mindset to real estate, enabling me to optimize returns and enhance ventures.
This is the time for a change in leadership. Our team is committed to making a tangible difference, and we will make sure you see a quick turnaround within a year.
